The minimum age to register and use the zd33 platform is 21 years. This requirement is applied strictly and without exception. Misrepresenting your age during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable laws.
Important: Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately. All deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the source payment method. All winnings accumulated by an underage player will be voided and are not payable under any circumstances.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from your zd33 account dashboard, subject to your account having passed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
zd33 targets a processing time of 30 minutes for verified withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. These timelines are targets and not guarantees — delays caused by third-party payment processors are outside zd33's control.
In all cases, you may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted and will not be processed.

Bonus abuse: Players found to be exploiting bonuses — through matched betting, arbitrage, the use of multiple accounts, or any other strategy intended to produce guaranteed profits from promotional offers — will have their accounts suspended and all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited.

Sports betting markets offered by zd33 — including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and other markets — are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body or officiating organisation. In the event of a dispute between the official result and any other source, the official result shall be definitive for settlement purposes.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the zd33 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works of any zd33 content without express prior written consent from zd33.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zd33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profit, or interruption of service.
zd33's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the date on which the claim arose.
zd33 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or free from technical faults. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur. During such periods, affected games and betting markets may be temporarily unavailable.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zd33 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising between you and zd33 that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure set out below shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.
